Hi! My name is Emily Liu, a college student at Northeastern University. Among my variety of passions, I’m most driven to pursue social, artistic, and enterprising activities. Regarding STEM experience, I began a slime business and hosted slime activities in the Boston Children’s Museum, and other locations. In addition, my graphic design work has received Scholastic’s Regional Gold Key award. I’ve also won regional and national awards in Chinese storytelling competitions, and I went on to establish the school’s first competitive public speaking club. Alongside being the founder and president of Speech Club, I’m the vice president of the class of 2022. Through my leadership positions, I’m dedicated to bringing awareness to important issues that yearn for and deserve attention. Otherwise, you’ll find me playing volleyball, hiking with my family, or diving into psychology.
I joined Aerovate to continue pursuing my interests in assisting others to achieve their own goals that will shape our future. I believe that this program will bring worthwhile opportunities and a positive impact in the northeast region of the U.S., just as it has nation-wide. I’m eager to deliver support, especially as we trek through this unprecedented time!

Hi! My name is Rachel and I will be entering my junior year at Westwood High School in Massachusetts. My passions include history, journalism, politics, and community volunteering. I’ve participated in a wide variety of my school’s extracurriculars including: Mock Trial, Model UN, Amnesty International, Spanish Honor Society, Robotics, Science team, Legislative Council, Speech, and my school's political newspaper club. In addition to that I also volunteer at the polls and with the middle school and elementary school students. I am dedicated to making the community a better place for everyone. Between school, volunteering and clubs I am usually drawing, hanging out with my friends, or keeping up on current events.
I am very excited to join Aerovate because education has always been something I am passionate about. I can not wait to not only help others but hopefully share my passion and excitement for the topics with them as well. I know sometimes learning can be difficult, especially when it is through a screen, so I am eager to help out in any way I can!
